In todays competitive market the architect who is able to communicate his designs using the latest in computer generated graphics often has the advantage.

Holland Architects can provide all of your graphics needs, from full color 2D and 3D elevation renderings to Virtual models, within one to 10 days of comissioning, depending on complexity of project.

To begin the process, Click on the appropriate thumbnails for more information and examples, then contact Holland Architects hollandarch@bellsouth.net with basic information about your project incluing the type of graphic(s) required, materials, colors, time frame, and your email address. Attach Floor Plan(s) and elevation(s) of your project ( .dwg, bmp, gif, jpeg, or pict formats).

We will reply with a price and time quote. Upon your request to proceed we will e-mail preliminary graphics for your comment and corrections prior to preparing the final submittal.

Final submittals will be sent via e-mail and USPS with fees due within 15 days of of shipping date.

• 2D Photo Background with Renderings
  $530-830 per 24"x36" sheet
  (customer must supply basic information about project including background photo, plan(s), elevation(s), materials, colors, etc. in dwg, bmp, gif, jpeg, or pict formats.

  Price based on complexity of model and number of snapshots requested.

  • example B: 5,000 sf one story commercial building or 3,000sf single family residence exterior modeling only and 1- 24"x36" color sheets $1,200
  • example C: 3,000 sf 2- story single family residence interior & exterior modeling and 2- 24"x36" color sheets $2,500

  Note: Examples A thru D are intended as a general guide only. Projects with extensive repetition such as schools, hospitals and office buildings will be less expensive to model with corresponding much lower fees. Mass models with little detail (comparable to cardboard models) are also much less expensive. Fees can be negotiated to fit your budgets for specific project phases and are based on complexity and estimated time to complete, not square footage.

  Our goal is to offer detailed computer generated modeling at a cost comparable, but far more real, than hand built mass models. These models can be easily modified over the life of the design project and unlimited renderings can be extracted from them.

  Changes can be executed by Holland Architects at an hourly rate ($75/hr) or your firm can purchase software from Virtus Corp. and easily make in house changes.
